Drogsan Pharmaceuticals takes its power from its staff. The main goal of the Human Resources policies is designing and implementing procedures that will enable our employees to apply their knowledge, skills and abilities to their jobs effectively and productively.


Our human resources policies are as follows:


-We complement each other; our employees prioritise teamwork rather than individual work. Coming together to solve a problem is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is the success itself.

- We introduce new HR practices using the ideas shared by our employees and we collaboratively assume responsibility in all the projects we undertake.

- All of our employees, at each level of responsibility, are enthusiastic about what they do and work harmoniously to achieve their goals.

- Our main principle is to adhere to laws and moral values and to be fair, well-intentioned and understanding in our relationship with employees.

- Our management notion is based on “respect for humans”. We believe we all have the right to have a say and right to information on subjects that concern us.

- We ensure that performance, career and salary evaluations are carried out on a fair basis. We establish performance and salary systems that are in compliance with Drogsan’s overall structure.

 - It is our responsibility to provide our employees with clear information on their roles, competencies, power, responsibilities, and the contribution of their work to the company’s goals.

- We ensure multidimensional interaction and communication during Human Resources management practices.

- We arrange social and cultural activities that will strengthen our employees’ sense of belonging and possession of organisational culture and enhance their moral motivation.
